Francisco : Thanks. The request above can possibly be separately done with the current forms in Growmatik popup builder and also third-party form integration that we currently offer. I will link it as a related post.

This is what Groundhogg calls the Preference Center. Tags can be designated to always show, never show, or show when active in the Preference Center for the contact. I think this is similar...pick the sub-lists you want to subscribe to or some other self-categorizations.
